This claim form is for warranty needs within 1 year of a new pool build or renovation. A formal claim form is required for any warranty claim to be considered. Within 48 business hours, your claim submission will be processed, your claim details will be reviewed and our Warranty Manager will be in communication pertaining to the claim status.

Pursuant to the warranty agreement, Pools of Fun will be provided the opportunity to have its Warranty Manager assess the claim in question. If said damage is judged to be due to workmanship and/ or defective material, the claim will be addressed under the guidelines outlined in the warranty provisions. For material warranty, Pools of Fun will follow and enforce the guidelines provided by manufacturer, including those affected by water chemistry. Decking and structural claims will adhere to BAGI guidelines for determinations.

Claimant has all warranty documentation as provided upon completion of the build. The determination, based on warranty guidelines afore mentioned, will be a final decision on the part of Pools of Fun. Such decision shall be written in a manner calculated to be understood by the Claimant, shall state the specific reasons for the decision and shall include specific references to the pertinent warranty provisions upon which the decision is based. Claimant will agree to acknowledge the warranty guidelines and accept the decision made based on these guidelines. If determination findings are outside of manufacturer’s defect warranty, Claimant may be billed for services/ repairs.
